The whole cryogenic deflashing system includes the LN2 contain system, LN2 transmission system and cryogenic shot blasting deflashing system.
For the LN2 container, customer can choose big tank(about 10M3) or small cylinder(250Liter) according the use volume per day.
The machine is placed near the workshop window and tank, the distance between machine and LN2 contain should be short enough to ensure quick LN2 transmission.
The pipeline for transmission is suggested to use vaccum stainless pipe to reduce Nitrogen lost and quicker transmision during the operation.
